Designated-Organization Endowment Funds
Carl L. Broughton Boathouse Endowment Fund
The Carl L. Broughton Boathouse Endowment Fund was established by George W. Broughton, the Harmar Rowing Club, and the Marietta Rowing and Cycling Club. The endowment will provide a permanent source of financial support for the continued maintenance and future improvements of the Carl L. Broughton Boathouse and related equipment. Provides financial resources for the Children's Toy and Doll Museum.
 
 
Community 20/20 Fund
The Community 20/20 Fund was established in 2004 to serve the needs of the 20/20 organization in furthering their mission of preserving and enhancing the quality of life of residents of Marietta/Washington County by providing excellence in education, by protecting the environment and by promoting the arts.
 
 
Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 458 Charitable Fund
 Was established in 2005 to provide funds for charitable activities as recommended by the Board of Officers of the Aerie.
 
 
 Elks 477 Charity Fund, Inc.
 Established in 2005 by the members of the Elks 477 to support charitable work in our community as advised by the membership of the lodge.
 
 
First Unitarian Universalist Fund

Greater Marietta United Way Fund
The Greater Marietta United Way Endowment Fund was established in 2004 to provide a permanent source of income for the Greater Marietta United Way as it furthers its mission of improving people's lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities. Click for details.

Established in 2003 to provide a reliable source of financial support for the development, growth and continuing operations of the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley, Inc.
 
 
Kiwanis Club of Marietta Fund
Provides financial resources to help support Kiwanis charitable activities.
 
 
Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation Fund   
Established in 2007 by the Board of Directors of the organization to provide a vehicle for funding of various economic development and/or business promotion activities in the Marietta Area.
 
 
Marietta College Chapter of the Delta Upsilon Alumni Fund
Established to cover incidental expenses at the Marietta College Chapter House.
 
 
Marietta Family YMCA Endowment Fund
Established to provide a permanent source of financial support for the development, growth and continuing operations of the Marietta Family YMCA.
 
 
Marietta Family YMCA Facilities Fund
Established to provide for the future construction and renovation of the facilities of the Marietta Family YMCA.
 
 
Marietta Rowing & Cycling Club
Provides financial resources to the Rowing & Cycling Club and its projects.
 
 
O’Neill Senior Center Fund
An endowment fund necessary to sustain and enhance the objectives of the O’Neill Senior Center in offering programs and facilities that create opportunities for older adults. Click for details.
 
 
The Ohio Society For Respiratory Care Foundation
The Ohio Society For Respiratory Care Foundation was established in 2005 to provide a funding vehicle for a number of activities of the society. Providing scholarships for respiratory care students is but one of several anticipated uses of foundation funds.
 
 
OSU Extension Washington County Master Gardener Fund
Created in 2007 to provide funding for the Master Gardener Program.
 
 
Riverfront Library Association Endowment Fund
The Riverfront Library Association Endowment Fund was established in 2007 to provide financial support for library services to the riverfront communities of Monroe County, Ohio through the Dally Memorial Library located in Sardis, Ohio.
 
 
Jim Stephens "Messing About in Boats" Fund
The Jim Stephens "Messing About in Boats" Fund was established to honor the memory of Jim Stephens who, like Water Rat in The Wind in the Willows, believed that "there is nothing, absolutely nothing, half so much worthy doing as simply messing about in boats." The Fund will award charitable contributions benefiting boatbuilding, rowing, cycling and other participative sports and river related activities as advised by the Marietta Rowing & Cycling Club.
 
 
Survivor's Bank of EVE, Inc. Fund
The Survivors Bank of EVE, Inc. Fund provides interest free loans to victims of domestic violence who need financial assistance to end the violence in their lives. The Bank helps survivors relocate and establish self-sufficiency and independence from the perpetrators of the violence. The Fund was created by a gift from the Marietta Community Foundation's unrestricted assets.
 
 
Telesis Alumni Fund
Established in 2004 to support the charitable activities of the Telesis leadership program.
 
 
Washington County Commissioners Spay & Neuter Fund
Established to help control the dog population of Washington County and save the lives of many dogs in the future.
 
 
Washington County Habitat for Humanity Endowment Fund
Established to provide financial resources necessary to sustain and enhance the activities of Washington County Habitat for Humanity.
 
 
Washington County Historical Society of Ohio
Provides support to sustain and enhance the properties of the WCHS and also for operating expenses.
 
 
Washington County Public Library Foundation
Established in 2003 to provide a reliable source of financial support for the development, growth and continuing operations of the Washington County Public Library.
 
 
Friends of the Washington County Public Library Marietta Branch Endowment Fund
The Friends of the Washington County Public Library Marietta Branch Endowment Fund was established to focus public attention on library services, facilities and needs and to assist the library in developing and sponsoring programs of educational, cultural or recreational value for the benefit of the citizens of the greater Marietta community. Young Emerging Leaders Foundation
Established in 2005 to provide a funding vehicle for the number of activities and service initiatives that the Young Emerging Leaders of the Mid-Ohio Valley will be undertaking.
 
 
Young Engineers and Scientists Foundation Fund
Established in 2007 to support a wide range of charitable activities for promotion of educational awareness and further education of students in the Washington County area to foster the desire to pursue further in the fields of science, engineering, and related disciplines.
 
 
Children's Museum Planning Fund
The Children's Museum Planning Fund was created by a group of community volunteers to facilitate the planning and creation of a children?s museum for the people of the Mid-Ohio Valley -- newly christened the Adventure Center of Marietta. Click for details.
