4-H of Washington County Youth Fund
The 4-H of Washington County Youth Fund was established in 2007 to provide funding to support the mission of the Washington County 4-H Advisory Committee. This funding will support the following: scholarships for youth to attend state/national youth development camps/activities; recruiting and training opportunities for adult volunteers to lead youth development programs, and promotions for the 4-H program in Washington County, Ohio.
 
 
Faith Bible Church Missionary Fund
Established to assist missionaries as selected by Faith Bible Church to go to the Mission Field.
 
 
George & Katherine Hayward Fund for Caring Connection
Established as an endowment fund for Caring Connection.
 
 
Children's Hunger Fund of Appalachian Ohio
Established by Marietta Community Foundation and Jim Couts to provide support to charities combating children's hunger in the twenty-nine Appalachian Ohio Counties.
 
 
Children's Museum Planning Fund
Created by a group of community volunteers to facilitate the planning and creation of a children's museum for the people of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
 
 
Citizens Armory Preservation Society (CAPS) Fund
Established to provide for the preservation and restoration of the historic Armory in downtown Marietta, Ohio
 
 
Community Development Fund
Acceps local charitable contributions and can be used to apply for grant dollars to support those economic development activities that are charitable in nature.
 
 
Earth Day Celebration Fund
Created in 2007 to provide funding for the Earth Day Celebration.
 
 
EducationAll William L. Drayer Memorial Scholarship Fund
Established in 2007 to provide funding for local scholars.
 
 
The Escape of Jane Foundation
Provides financial support for the community education about the Underground Railroad.
 
 
Faith Bible Church Rachel Hines Missionary Fund
The Faith Bible Church Rachel Hines Missionary Fund was established in 2007 to facilitate funding a missionary trip by Rachel Hines or such other person or persons, should for any reason Miss Hines be unable to fulfill the mission.
 
 
Farm Business Planning & Analysis Fund
Created in 2007 to provide funding for local farmers/agri-businesses, who might not otherwise be able to afford, to attend the instruction provided for adult farmers including but not limited to business planning and analysis training. The fund also could provide the funding for agricultural instruction and other related expenses.
 
 
The Flood Disaster Relief Fund
Established in 2004 to assist individuals, businesses and community orgranizations in recovery from the flood.
 
 
Friends of Lower Muskingum River Fund
Established to improve the water quality and natural habitat of the Lower Muskingum River watershed and promote appropriate improved recreational and economic development within the watershed.
 
 
Frontier FFA Scholarship Fund
Established to provide funds for Agriculture students from the Frontier Local School area to attend college or post-secondary education.
 
 
Harmar Mural Project Fund
Established in 1996 to finance and maintain the Harmar Mural Project.
 
 
The Hervida 4-H Camp, Inc. Endowment Fund
Established to supply funding for maintenance, upkeep, and operations of Hervida 4-H Camp in Northwestern Washington County.
 
 
Humane Society of the Ohio Valley Medical Fund
Established to provide resources for medical purposes of shelter animals exclusively, not to include spay/neuter expenses.
 
 
Juhola Family Charitable Fund
The Juhola Family Charitable Fund was established in 2005 in the names of Elmer, Helen, Cheryl and Diane Juhola to support the charitable needs of Marietta, Ohio.
 
 
Kroger Wetland Fund
Established to provide support for the preservation of the Kroger Wetland in Marietta, Ohio.
 
 
Marietta Band Boosters
Provides financial support for the instrumental music department in Marietta City Schools.
 
 
Marietta Choral Boosters Fund
Established to provide resources to the music departments and choral students of Marietta Junior & Senior High Schools.
 
 
Marietta Day Fund
Established in 2005 in memory of C.F. Wilson to support the annual Marietta Day Celebration.
 
 
Marietta Franciscan Community Meals Fund
The Marietta Franciscan Community Meals Fund was established in 2007 to provide a funding vehicle for operation of the Marietta Franciscan Community Meals Program.
 
 
Marietta Natural History Society Fund
Established in 2008 to increase awareness of and enhance wildlife habitat in and around Marietta.
 
 
Marietta Soccer League Charitable Fund
Established in 2006 to support the continuation of the Marietta Soccer League as directed by its elected board.
 
 
Marietta Sweet Corn Festival Fund
Established in 2008 to promote the Marietta Sweet Corn Festival held in Marietta for the entire Washington County and surrounding areas.
 
 
Marietta-Washington County Tourism Foundation
Established to celebrate and promote the historical and cultural assets of our community.
 
 
Clyde Mayle Scholarship Fund
Established through gifts made to the Foundation at Mr. Mayle's retirement to honor his work in the Warren Local School District. A scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior at Warren High School.
 
 
The Oak Grove Neighborhood Watch Program Fund
Created in 2007 to promote safety and awareness for the residents of the Oak Grove Area.
 
 
Operation WW II Fund
Established in 2008 by the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree Assembly to provide the opportunity for the WW II Veterans to travel to Washington, DC and view the memorials in their honor.
 
 
Park Central Fund
Created in 2008 to provide funding for the development, maintenance and upkeep of the Park Central a neighborhood memorial.
 
 
Project Lifesaver Fund
The Project Lifesaver Fund offers a peace of mind to families of individuals living with Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia by providing  portable tracking devices to ensure that their loved ones are safe and secure. Project Lifesaver is a cooperative program of the Washington County Sheriff's Department and the Area Agency on Aging.
 
 
River Trail Improvement Fund
The River Trail Improvement Fund was created in 2007 to support the River Trail in the Marietta Area.
 
 
The Sheriff's Reward Fund
Financial rewards for individuals who provide information vital to the arrest and conviction of perpetrators of criminal acts.
 

 

Southeastern Ohio Dental Clinic 

Provides financial resources for capital and operating expenses incurred by Washington and Morgan County Southeastern Ohio Dental Clinic, which offers dental services to low income families. 

 
 
Stop the Vandalism Reward Fund
The Stop the Vandalism Reward Fund was established in 2008 to aid in the arrest and conviction of vandals in the Marietta area.
 
 
The Tri-City Baptist Church Fore Missionary Fund   
The Tri-City Baptist Church Fore Missionary Fund was established in 2007 to facilitate funding missionary work by Tysha Fore or such other person or persons, should for any reason Tysha Fore be unable to fulfill the mission.
 
 
Wakefield Mural Fund
Funds to be used toward the maintenance and upkeep of the Wakefield Mural.
 
 
Washington County Community Mental Health Services Patient Fund
Established to provide a flexible source of charitable assistance for underprivileged clients served by the Washington County Community Mental Health Services.
